1. Participation in Tours of Sightjogging-Germany
Sightjogging-Germany does not take liability for health problems of our customers, which occur during or after our tours, unless these problems have been caused voluntarily or accidentally by one of our Tourguides. Sightjogging-Germany explicitly states that participants are responsible for having checked with a health consultant or doctor that they are able to jog at moderate speed for about 120 min. without physical harm, before they join our tours.

2. Use of this website
For the use of this website the following conditions apply. By reading and using this website you accept our terms of use of this website. I fyou don't wish to accept our terms we ask you to immediately quit this website.

3. Liability
The Landgericht München has ruled by mandate of 12. Mai 1998, that by putting a link onto one's website the owner of this website also takes responsibility for the contents of the linked website (Az. 312 O 85/98 - "Haftung für Links").
